Operations Manager

Primary Focus The Manager of Operations will work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards. The role involves leading, ordering, managing, and overseeing various aspects of the operations department.

Role
The Operations Manager ensures all warehouse operations and event logistics run flawlessly. They oversee production, inventory, prep, procurement, equipment processing, & event staging while maintaining Top Shelf standards. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping the operation organized, efficient, and accountable.

This position is the operational backbone of Top Shelf events. While bartenders and event leads deliver hospitality in the field, the Operations Manager ensures every event leaves the warehouse fully prepared, organized, and ready to execute.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate enjoys building organized systems, managing production environments, and ensuring every detail is prepared before service begins.

Candidates with experience in kitchen operations, bar management, catering production, or hospitality logistics tend to excel in this role.

Compensation/ Benefits

  • Salary Range $50,000-$60,000

  • 50% match your choice of our company's health insurance plan- optional

  • Up to a 3% company match to Top Shelf’s Simple IRA plan - optional

  • One week of paid vacation effective after six months of employment

  • Bonuses based on company performance
