Top Shelf Services has been providing unparalleled bartending and consulting services to Utah and surrounding states for over 15 years. We provide services aimed to exceed or clients’ expectations by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and the willingness to go the distance for our clients’ events. Our staff is certified, licensed, and insured giving our clients the professional team required to execute fun and memorable events.

Our Founder

Casey Metzger

A native of Maine, Utah resident since mid-90s. Casey Metzger, Founder of Top Shelf Services is no stranger to mixin’ it up. With over 20 years of experience, he’ll fill your cup time and time again with drinks that’ll have you asking for another round.

    Rosa Salguero

    Director of Finance & Administration

    Raised here in Park City, Rosa is Top Shelf’s longest tenured employee. Her deep knowledge of the company's values and operations, combined with her unwavering dedication and commitment she has become the anchor of our management team.

    Andrew Shearman

    Director of Operations

    The mad scientist behind the operations of Top Shelf, Andy brings 18 years of culinary experience to the team. Juggling the tasks of inventory, cocktail creations, and insuring our A-Team is at each event.

    Chris Tang

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    He lives a different life than his days at Margaritaville, but that doesn’t mean Chris can’t manage a party! On any given day you can find him combing through final details, fixing some sort of electronic at the office, or popping into an event to make sure we served you, your dream.

    Special Events Manager

    Transforming from a prolific ski career to local football coaching legend, Mikey has been elevating Top Shelf’s Special Events Program from the early days. Quarterbacking the Silly Market, Sundance Film Festival, and everything in between. If you’ve got a special events game plan, Mikey’s the guy to execute it.

    Sales Manager

    Liz's love for skiing and mountain towns has flourished from a young age. This passion has overlapped into her career in hospitality and now in her role as Sales Coordinator for Top Shelf. She's been a part of our team since 2019, but just recently came on board full-time. If you can't find her on the slopes or at the office, she's probably brushing up on her wine and whiskey knowledge.

    Relocating from the East Coast nearly 10 years ago, Jon has taken on the creative venture for Top Shelf. When he’s not hiding behind the camera, you’ll find him spinning an Old Fashioned or two.

    As Operations Manager, Maggie is the steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring every event runs smoothly from prep to load-in. When she’s not double-checking ingredient orders, you’ll find her hiking the Alps or supporting her favorite musicians and DJs.
